Operator
Veltic is operated by the natural person named below. This is the party you deal with when you use Veltic, and the controller for the personal data described in the privacy notice.
Veltic is not yet operated as a registered trade. There is consequently no commercial register entry and no VAT identification number under section 27a of the German VAT Act; those rows are omitted rather than filled with a placeholder. They will be added before anything is sold.

Contact
Written enquiries reach the operator at the postal address above. Technical questions about a project or an incident are answered from info@veltic.app, which is also the address for data protection requests until a separate data protection officer is appointed.
Consumer dispute resolution
The operator is not obliged to take part in a consumer dispute resolution procedure and does not do so voluntarily. Consumers can still bring a complaint to the ordinary courts.
The European Commission's online dispute resolution platform for consumer disputes is no longer in service; the reference is therefore intentionally omitted rather than linked to a dead page.
Liability for content
The operator is responsible for its own content on these pages under the general laws. Under sections 7 to 10 of the German Digital Services Act the operator is not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third party information or to investigate circumstances that indicate unlawful activity. The obligation to remove or block the use of information under the general laws is unaffected; liability in that respect starts at the point where a concrete infringement becomes known.
Customer content stored on the platform, such as databases, uploaded files, container images and deployed applications, is third party content. The operator does not review it and removes it only where a legal obligation to act arises.
Liability for links
These pages link to external websites the operator does not control. At the time of linking no unlawful content was apparent. A permanent review of linked pages without concrete indications of an infringement is not reasonable; links are removed once an infringement becomes known.
