Who has this right
This right applies to consumers, meaning natural persons who conclude the contract for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession. A subscription taken out for a company or a freelance business is not covered.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform the operator, using the contact details in the imprint, by means of a clear statement, for example a letter sent by post or an email. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. It is sufficient that you send the statement before the withdrawal period expires.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, the operator reimburses all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which the operator is informed of your decision. The reimbursement uses the same means of payment you used for the original transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; no fee is charged for the reimbursement.
If you asked for the service to begin during the withdrawal period, you pay the operator an amount proportionate to what has been provided until the moment you communicated your withdrawal, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.
Early expiry of the right
The right of withdrawal expires in the case of a contract for the supply of digital content or for a service that is not on a physical medium when the operator has begun to perform the contract, you have expressly consented to that beginning before the end of the withdrawal period, and you have confirmed your knowledge that your right of withdrawal lapses on that beginning of performance.
The checkout asks for exactly this consent and this confirmation before the platform provisions anything. If you do not give it, provisioning waits until the withdrawal period has expired.
