Create before risk

Trigger a dump before a migration, a bulk update or a schema change. Backup jobs report progress, so you know when it is safe to continue rather than guessing.

Download your copy

A backup that only exists inside the platform is one incident away from being no backup at all. Download the dump and keep a copy where your platform account cannot reach it.

Practise the restore

Restore into a throwaway database on whatever schedule you can actually keep. The failure that ruins a company is rarely a missing backup; it is a backup nobody had ever restored.
